About Us
Who We Are

The company is dedicated to publishing high quality paid circulation magazines that address the special interests of the residents of select upscale towns in Fairfield County, Connecticut.

Each of our communities was chosen based on these important criteria:
1. Their residents are deeply involved in their towns and share a special pride in their communities.
2. Their residents have an unusually high level of education and family income.
3. The towns are well rounded with excellent schools and cultural and recreational facilities, plus active commercial and retail centers.

Where We Are

Greenwich, population 61,000, was founded in 1640. It has a rich colonial history, some of the area’s most affluent residents, and the highest average home prices in the East. Greenwich is the residence of choice of many corporate executives and leaders in the world of finance, communications and entertainment.

Westport and its immediate neighboring communities of Weston (formerly a part of Westport), Wilton, and the exclusive Southport and Greenfield Hill sections of Fairfield offer a well-endowed population of 62,000. The area offers bustling retail centers and many cultural and artistic attractions.

New Canaan, Darien and Rowayton, our most recent additions, have a total population of 42,000. These closely linked towns have the highest average family income in the state of Connecticut and, like Greenwich and Westport, offer an enviable suburban lifestyle for families of all ages.

Together, they constitute Fairfield County’s “Gold Coast” with a combined population of 165,000. They represent some of the most desirable areas in the Northeast in which to live and work, and a prime marketing area for advertisers.

Our Publication Family

With a combined distribution of 23,500 and an estimated audience of 131,600, the five magazines offer far greater penetration of these upscale markets than any other magazine, national or regional. In terms of income and education, they exceed by a wide margin the demographics of other regional magazines, as well as such upscale national publications as Town & Country, Architectural Digest and Forbes.
