Forever In Blue Jeans

Girls, ever have a denim dilemma? For some that means struggling to find the right pair. For others, like me, it means buying EVERY pair. Yes, I am a jeans addict and no, I do not need help. This week, join me in my addiction at some of my favorite jeans stores!

Friday: September 5th

Happy Friday, everyone! The best thing about Knoyzz (Westport, Greenwich and New Canaan) is its lower-than-normal $95 Marlow Jeans price tag. Break the bank with Rock & Republic, J Brand and Hudson, just to name a few. They also have a great selection of fun jewelry that can really make for an outfit. I have actually bought a few pieces for gifts. Well, I'm off to batten down the hatches and stock up the fridge... Have a great weekend, ladies, and stay dry!

Thursday: September 4th

Get thee to the Winged Monkey in Westport (no e-mail address, alas!) — you'll be impressed by the variety of brands and price ranges! You can pick up Marlows, Mavi’s or IT Jeans for under $105 or step it up to Sevens, True Religion and many others (which as we all know can go north of $200). Winged Monkey is stocked with every brand you want, like Hale Bob, Simply Hearts, C&C California, BCGC, ISDA and Theory, so make sure you get on their e-mail list and you'll get the inside scoop on fabulous deals that are only good for one or two days.

Wednesday: September 3rd

Since Monday was a holiday, let's talk about 2 of my favorite jeans indulgence centers today!

The first is Wish List – with locations in Westport, Darien, Greenwich and New Haven, you won't have to travel far to find the best of the best. Of course, you have to be willing to pay top dollar for brand-name jeans, but that's why it's an indulgence, right? So if the price tags don't gag, stop in and try on the new fall line from Paige, True Religion, Chip & Pepper, AG and more. Also, you can find terrific clothing for kids and teens here as well.

Wednesday: Part 2!

Then head over to DNA Jeans on Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield. Aside from the great selection of jeans and easy-to-wear tops, the owners carry a full line of maternity jeans! I mention this because many women do not like to shop at maternity stores — and now you don’t have to!
 

Tuesday: September 2nd

Time to drown our sorrows in blue. First up, head for Havana Jeans – which has locations in Stamford and White Plains, N.Y. They carry a TON of brands that you know and want — including juniors, so bring your daughters! Some complaints can be made about the sales staff, but just ask for help and they are happy to cater to you. The non-denim items are not very original, but you can always find a good selection of tops from mid-priced companies likes 525 America and Michael Stars.
