Being grateful for life itself, breathing deeply and saying your gratitudes each day are essential. If you release negative ideas and thoughts about your life. You will open your mind and be prepared to receive change and new opportunities. Grab your favorite beverage and a cozy spot to think about positive things you make you grateful. Write them down and share if you wish!

Are You the Leader of Your Life?

Are you leading the life you want?
Do you have the job, relationship or enjoyment YOU want? What are the strengths of a leader? In my coaching practice, these are the ones that stand out the most:
1. Organization
2. Motivation
3. Focus/Direction
4. Execution
5. Enjoyment

The best way to think about how you can lead your life is map out what you are passionate about and where you want to go. Grab a journal and write 10 things you would LOVE to do this year and plan out how you can achieve them. Go for it. It's YOUR life!
