How to survive your partner's job loss

Out of work? Many of my clients are going through the drastic change of losing their jobs. How does employment loss force you to redefine you or your partner’s life? It can be a stressful time and being aware emotions are key.

Can a relationship handle this type of change? Yes, this is a great time to reflect and change the direction of your lives! Here are some helpful hints to consider:

1. Be supportive, listen, empower and stay positive
2. Be smart with money; roll up your sleeves and tackle your own home projects by getting creative with daily routines.
3. Make a do-list of unfinished projects
4. Brainstorm opportunities. How can both of you grow and thrive from this change?

Dream Big!
